What is the One Giant Mind Technique?

The One Giant Mind technique is a simple, natural meditation practice that helps your mind settle with ease and your body enter a deep state of rest. It’s not about stopping your thoughts it’s about softening into a quieter rhythm beneath the noise.

This approach is inspired by Vedic meditation an ancient, time-tested method yet it’s designed for modern life. It’s easy to learn, doesn’t require effort or focus and begins to create noticeable shifts in a short space of time.

I hear this often and I understand.

Many practices feel hard to stick to or require effort that just doesn’t feel natural.

This technique is different. There’s no need to clear your mind or do it “perfectly.” It meets you exactly where you are even if your mind feels noisy, or your body is holding tension. With guidance and support, even the busiest, most sensitive nervous systems can begin to find calm.

The 3-Day Journey

Each session is gently guided, allowing you to soften, receive, and deepen into presence. Here's what we'll explore:

90’ SESSIONS  

 
  • Day One: Receiving Your Mantra & Learning the Technique

    In our first session, you’ll be gently guided through the process of receiving your own personal mantra a sound that supports the mind to soften, settle, and rest. You’ll learn how to use the technique with ease and begin to experience the deep calm that naturally arises when you give yourself permission to let go.

    This session is experiential, spacious, and deeply grounding.

    • Day Two: Deepening Your Practice & Understanding the Mind

      Now that you’ve experienced the technique, we begin to gently deepen into the why behind it.

      In this session, we explore the relationship between the mind, body, and nervous system and how this practice supports healing on all levels. You’ll begin to understand your inner landscape with more compassion and clarity.

      We’ll gently unpack:

      • How stress is stored in the body and how meditation allows the system to release, repair, and reset

      • The true nature of the mind and why stillness doesn’t require silence

      • How to cultivate a practice that feels consistent, nourishing, and sustainable

      • The emotional, mental, and energetic shifts that unfold as you stay devoted to stillness

      You’ll walk away with a deeper trust in the process, greater understanding of what’s happening behind the scenes, and a stronger connection to your own rhythm.

  • Day Three: Integration & Inner Listening

    Our final session brings everything together a space to reflect, integrate, and anchor your experience into daily life.

    You’ll deepen your connection with the inner self, exploring how presence, peace, and emotional steadiness become available when we meet all parts of who we are with compassion.

    We’ll explore:

    • Expanding your inner toolkit to meet yourself with softness and awareness

    • Understanding the inner critic and how to meet it with tenderness, not resistance

    • The “monkey mind” and how to build a healthier, more loving relationship with it

    • How meditation supports wholeness by welcoming all aspects of your inner world

    This is a powerful space of integration where you begin to truly embody your practice and trust its place in your life.

    • Connecting back to the present moment and diving deep into the self.

    • Connection and growth in relationships grounded in the present moment.

    • Closing the million tabs running in the background to find your inner haven of peace and calm.

    • Balancing the feminine and masculine in our meditation practice.

  • The place to support, motivate, and encourage each other to show up for ourselves as we learn. An evergreen group that will always welcome you.
